We consider it an honour to host your special day and our team are here to help you every step of the way. The Courtyard is licensed by Ards & North Down Council to hold both marriage and civil partnerships.

How do I arrange a visit?

Can I use my own caterer?

We have a list of recommended caterers who regularly cater for events at Clandeboye but are prepared to give other caterers every consideration.

Are there kitchens on site?

Yes, we have a functional kitchen space at the Courtyard suitable for catering for large functions.

How do I arrange a wedding in the Chapel?

Karen and her team at the Clandeboye Courtyard can advise couples interested in getting married in the chapel.

How can I arrange photography in the Bee Garden?

Bride’s wishing to arrange access to the Bee Garden will need to confirm this in advance of the wedding day to allow for arrangements to be made to enter these private gardens.

What deposit is required?

£1,000 deposit is required. The full balance must be paid 4 weeks in advance of the event.

When can we set up?

We will make every effort to accommodate set up the day before the event.

When can a marquee be erected?

Marquees may be erected 3 days before the event – an additional charge will apply.

Is there a room that the bridal party can use?

Yes – the Bride’s Room in the Courtyard is available for the bridal party to prepare etc.

Can you advise on accommodation for guests?

We can supply a list of recommended accommodation in the area to suit all types of budget and requirements.
